The other day, I was busy in the kitchen. After a few hours of cooking and cleaning I realised that I forgot to drink. Finally, feeling very thirsty, I drunk a whole glass of water in just a few big gulps and when it was empty, I took a big breath. Things I take for granted: breathing, drinking, eating. Simple things which not only sustain my life but also bring me sense of being alive and able to do things, the source of physical energy which helps me keep going. But what is true for our body is also connected to our spirit. We all need those moments of spiritual nourishment, inspiration, and positive vibes. And they can be as simple as listening to your favourite music, watching the sunset or having a good conversation with your friend. What are the things which you take for granted? What are the sources of life which keep you going and motivate you to live the life with joy and creativity?
